Sunday, June 1st - USNSCC Award Ceremony, 12:30 pm - Lansing Naval Marine Station Grand River Ave., Lansing, MI. "Friends of Chrystal" will award recipient for the Chrystal Ann Eaton Memorial for Advanced Sea Cadet Training. This year's recipient is: Lela Rose Lutz - Congratulations.
Wednesday, July 4th - Eaton Rapids Fireworks
Wear your Purple FOC shirt. We will be selling our candy bags, and glow in the dark rainbow necklaces at this event. We are NOT marching in the parade but we will be selling candy bags during the parade. Set-up is at 10:00 on the sidewalks of City Hall - 200 S. Main Street, Eaton Rapids. Parade starts at 11:00. We will then be selling our glow in the dark necklaces at the Eaton Rapids Fireworks which are on the school grounds located on the corner of State and Greyhound. The school address is 800 Greyhound - please arrive at the New Entrance to the Football Stadium by 9:00 pm - 10:15 pm. LAFCU Fireworks @ High School Alumni Staduim.
Thursday, July 17th - Sunday, July 21st - East Lansing, "Texas Hold-Em, Thursday 6pm -12 am, Friday 6 pm - 12 am, Saturday 2 pm - 12am, Sunday 2 pm - 9 pm. Coral Gables, 2838 E. Grand River, East Lansing, MI 48823. "Friends of Chrystal" will be hosting a "Texas Hold-Em" party event as a Non-Profit Organization. Members are not required to be present.
Monday, August 18th - Thursday, August 21st - Lansing, "Texas Hold-Em, Monday 3 pm - 1 am, Tuesday 3 pm - 1 am, Wednesday 3 pm - 1 am, Thursday 5 pm - 2 am. Trippers, 350 Frandor Avenue, Lansing, 48912. "Friends of Chrystal" will be hosting a "Texas Hold-Em" party event as a Non-Profit Organization. Members are not required to be present.
Saturday, August 30th - USNSCC Picnic - Lansing Naval Marine Station, Grand River Avenue, Lansing, 10 am - 3 pm. All members of "Friends of Chrystal" are invited to attend.
Saturday, September 6th- Charlotte Frontier Days Parade
Wear your Purple FOC shirt and meet at the Old Junior High School on corner of Horatio and Lovett
at 9:00 am for line-up. Be Prompt for line-up due to congestion on streets. The event starts at 10:30 am. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, strollers, etc.
In addition to the parade; we will have face painting, hair painting, and selling candy bags, and glow in the dark rainbow necklaces. Our booth will be on the lawns of the First Congregational Church on the corner of Lawrence and Bostwick and we will be selling items during and after the parade from 9:00 to 3:00.
